Our signature cocktail recipe is perfect for a summer’s evening or a lazy Sunday afternoon by the pool. This recipe was inspired by our travels to the Indian Ocean islands.
2 ounces rum
1/2 ounce triple sec (or other orange liqueur)
1-ounce lime juice
1 cup of ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
How to Make a Frozen Daiquiri:
1. Get all the ingredients together.
2. Combine them all in a blender.
3. Blend at high speed until smooth.
4. Pour into a margarita glass.
You can use frozen or fresh strawberries for this cocktail. But If you are making a frozen daiquiri, then frozen strawberries will be easier to work with. If your drink is too thin, add a bit more ice and blend again. Too thick? Add a splash of liquid and blend.
